Today in Mujer Balance we are going to decorate our pancakes and create fun characters, while we have the opportunity to share time with our children and teach them the importance of breakfast as the first meal of the day so that they have the energy that their bodies and minds need.
In addition, this is a valuable opportunity to creatively make them part of an everyday activity in our lives, with this recipe and all the imagination of our children we can make pancakes in all the shapes and colors they want, using their favorite fruits.
